Miku Kono
I am a foreign exchange student from Japan. I like talking about politics, economics, and watching world news. I am the founder and President of the club at Willow Glen. I hope to find people with similar interests through this club.
Helen Hills
As co-founder and Vice President, Helen is thrilled to bring this opportunity to Willow Glen High. Currently enrolled in AP seminar, she enjoys research and debate, and plans to apply these skills to bring a different strength to the team. Among her other roles on the team, Helen manages the team's communications, including the website and social media accounts. If you have any questions, send them her way.
Marie Coates Before coming to WGHS in 2014, Marie went to John Muir Middle School. As treasurer, she hopes to assist with club costs through fundraising activities. Marie has a variety of interests including animal care, the Sheriff's youth cadet program, and being an active member at church. Marie hopes to utilize her broad range of experiences to benefit the club, including being raised by a first generation American.

Destina Sanchez
Destina, a junior at Willow Glen High, transferred to our school from Del Mar in her Sophomore year. She is now a proud ram and is excited to bring her strengths to the team as Secretary. Destina is invested in the arts and enjoys spending her time drawing. Through her love of the arts, she has become used to thinking out of the box and plans to provide a different perspective for issues the club will discuss.
